![]() A Mexican restaurant should be able to get its nachos right. ![]() The "cheese" was more of a white cheese sauce and the jalapenos were ice cold and pickled, not fresh. Our orders were simple, I ordered a taco salad with ground beef and my husband ordered nachos with cheese and jalapenos. With a full restaurant and carryout orders thrown in, being short staffed in the kitchen was a big problem. The host and servers were efficient, the issues were in the kitchen. I get that post pandemic, etc, restaurants find themselves in tough times and many times are short staffed, but I still feel I need to write an honest review of our visit. After wondering what was taking so long, the host did let us know that they were short. ![]()
